Hi, my name is Debbie Pilorget.
I have been riding drill with Quicksilver
since 2001. It is my privilege to be Quicksilver’s Team
Captain.
My horse is Estrelita. She is Quarter
Horse/Tennessee Walker and turned thirteen in 2007. For the
past six years we have been learning the sport of drill together
and she has become an awesome drill partner. We are looking
forward to many more years of thrilling drill experiences.

Hi there from Erin & Maverick
This is the 5th year for Maverick and I with
Quicksilver. It’s
been great fun and each year the team is doing better and better. Maverick has been my steadfast friend since he was 6 months
old and has done everything I’ve ever asked him to try, from
gaming, trail riding, reining, a little dressage, jumping and now
drill. Maverick still loves to lead the sweep and show off at the
ripe old age of 21. Although
our gaming days are behind us and some arthritis has set in, he
still has a lot of energy and we love the “Thrill of the
Drill” with our teammates. He looks forward to seeing his “friends” at every drill
practice and competition, as do I.
The Quicksilver Ladies (and Mark) are my closest friends.

Howdy Mates, my name is Mark Plowman.
I have been assisting Quicksilver since
2000, where I started as an A.S.S. Member{Association of Stable
Slaves}. I have since moved up the ranks as Drill Advisor and in
the 2004 season, I became Quicksilver's Drillmaster. Since I NEVER
make mistakes, I have the job of pointing out the few errors that
these awesome riders may make!
Pictured with me is my cohort, Catcher; who
is an Appaloosa gelding and has been my mount since 2001.

Hi, my name is Pennie King.
I have been riding drill for 15 years and am
the Secretary of the QS team. When I started drill, we were called
the Outlaws and have since changed our name to Quicksilver.
During my drill career, I have had 4 horses
and they all have taught me something about drill team and myself.
That brings me to my current drill partner. Her name is Super
Kodac Moment, but we call her "Lippy" around the barn.
She is a 13-year-old Palomino Paint with a lot of athletic
ability. She started in drill in 2002. We're both looking forward
to a great year of Drill!

Hello
my name is Sami and my horse is Wyatt
This
is my first year with Quicksilver and riding drill.
I
have the “Thrill for the Drill” and am very excited for the
coming year.
Wyatt
is a twelve year old Quarter Horse gelding and has been my best
friend for the past 2 ½ years.
This is his first year doing drill and is an excellent
student and too loves to drill.
In
my spare time I like to trail ride, team sort, raising my fainting
goats and spend time with family and friends.
I have another horse at home Lulu and am expecting a
beautiful Paint
filly this May.

Hi
my name is Torri and this is my horse Ribbon
She
is a 20 year old registered National Show Horse mare that I have
been lucky enough to own for the past 5 years.
Prior
to joining Quicksilver, Ribbon enjoyed a life of mostly trail
riding.
I
joined drill because where else can you ride to music, ride hard
and ride fast!
Ribbon
and I are looking forward to a fun and competitive year of drill
with the Quicksilver Drill Team - Yeehaw!

My name is Cindy Lacy and my drill partner
is Cody. He is my third drill horse and I have been riding
him since the 2004 drill season. I have been riding
drill for 15 years and Quicksilver is the second team I have
ridden with. I enjoy writing drills and coming up with
different maneuvers and combinations of maneuvers. To me,
drill looks the best when it ‘flows’ and the horses and riders
look like they are all doing a dance. Other interests in my life
include gardening (I have large yard with multiple flowers beds)
and motorcycle riding with my husband. With drill, I
especially enjoy the camaraderie with the other women on the team
and being around other horse people that love the thrill of drill.

Hi Everyone
My name is Mary Goucher w/
my 14 yr old long time companion Lucky (aka HB Quadra Bar). Lucky
and I have been together since I won him in the Yacolt Saddle Club
13 1/2 yrs ago. This horse has been the best; from trail riding,
beaches, camping, dressage, and pony rides for kids.
This is our 2nd year with Quicksilver and I am even more
excited about being on this team. They have taught Lucky and I so
much in our first year that we are ready to ride the drills and
feel the thrills.
LETS GO QUICKSILVER!

Hello, my name is Kimm Roberts.
This is my fourth year riding drill and my
second year with Quicksilver.
When my daughter quit riding drill after eight years and
went off to college I thought “It’s my turn”, grabbed up her
horse and never looked back. I how have a serious “Thrill to Drill” bug.
My horse is Spook.
He is a registered paint.
He turned 14 in 2008 and this will be his seventh year in
drill. We love being
on the Quicksilver team and look forward to a great drill season.
